Howard Ruddell

Howard Ruddell is a respected partner at Moore Ruddell LLP, known for his wide experience in civil and employment litigation. He represents employees in disputes involving sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, defamation, and unpaid wages. He also works on breach of contract cases when employers fail to meet severance or bonus agreements.

He has helped university and public employees in Equal Pay Act and harassment claims, and has resolved disputes involving age and gender discrimination, retaliation, and breach of employment contracts.

Howard Ruddell has a strong commitment to justice beyond his regular practice. He volunteers for pro bono legal work with organizations like The Alliance for Children’s Rights and Bet Tzedek Legal Services.
