Henryka W. Craig

Henryka W. Craig is an experienced attorney whose practice centers on public finance, equipment finance, and complex lending transactions. With more than 25 years of experience, she advises a broad range of clients involved in financing projects and assets. Her work supports developers, financial institutions, borrowers, issuers, and other parties navigating sophisticated finance matters across multiple industries.

Henryka earned a B.A. from Towson University in 1993, graduating summa cum laude. She later received an M.M. from Towson University in 1995. She completed her legal education with a J.D., with honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1999. During law school, she was recognized as a member of the Order of Barristers.

Henryka focuses a significant portion of her practice on public finance transactions.
