Harvey began his legal career at Smith, Johnston & Walker, focusing on personal injury, criminal defense, and family law before launching his own law firm. For nearly five decades, he has dedicated his practice to fighting for accident victims, individuals injured by dangerous or defective products, and clients involved in complex insurance disputes. His unwavering commitment to client advocacy and results-driven representation continues to define his work today.

His membership in professional organizations such as the Alabama Association for Justice and National Trial Lawyers further demonstrates his commitment to advancing the practice of law.
