Harry Borders is a seasoned real estate attorney and partner at the firm, bringing over three decades of experience in property transactions and investor representation. Since joining the firm in 1991, he has focused his practice on real estate closings, 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, and the formation of limited liability companies for investment purposes.

Harry earned his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law and also holds an engineering degree from the University of Louisville. This dual academic background enables him to address real estate matters with both legal precision and technical insight, providing clients with a practical and well-rounded approach to their transactions.
