Chad F. Clement earned his B.A. in Political Science from Brigham Young University and his J.D. from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. While in law school, he was a Dean’s Fellow, a member of the Moot Court Honors Program, and served as Articles Editor for the Journal of International Media & Entertainment Law. He earned top honors in writing and oral advocacy competitions, including placing second in the National Telecommunications Moot Court Competition in Washington, D.C.

Before joining Marquis Aurbach Chtd, Chad clerked for Justice Nancy M. Saitta of the Nevada Supreme Court and externed for the Honorable Patrick J. Walsh in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He is admitted to practice in Nevada, California, the U.S. District Court District of Nevada, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
