About

Harrison Pask is a criminal trial lawyer at Pask Law, PLLC who represents clients in Dallas and throughout North Texas. His practice focuses on criminal defense, including serious misdemeanor and felony matters, jury trials, and appellate work. Fluent in English and Spanish, Pask works with clients facing significant criminal allegations and brings experience from both prosecution and defense. His approach combines courtroom preparation, negotiation, and detailed analysis of the legal and factual issues affecting each case.

Pask earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2017 after receiving a B.A. in Political Science from Stanford University in 2013. His legal education provided a foundation in research, advocacy, and trial preparation that supports his criminal defense practice. While still in law school, he obtained his first jury trial victory in a felony road rage case, gaining early courtroom experience before beginning his professional career in Texas.

After law school, Pask joined the Collin County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. He was later promoted to Chief Prosecutor of County Court at Law No. 6 and was selected to oversee Justice of the Peace courts throughout Collin County. He also trained law enforcement officers on effective jury testimony. As a defense lawyer, Pask has handled appellate matters involving charges ranging from felony possession of a controlled substance to first-degree murder and has prepared successful appellate briefs.

Harrison Pask is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Collin County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. His background as a former prosecutor gives him practical insight into charging decisions, courtroom procedure, witness preparation, and case strategy. By combining trial experience, appellate advocacy, and knowledge of the North Texas criminal justice system, Pask helps clients evaluate their options and defend against serious criminal accusations.
