Hannah E. Posencheg

Hannah E. Posencheg is an associate attorney at High Swartz LLP, based in the firm’s Norristown office. She represents and supports clients across a range of legal matters, including employment law, workers’ compensation, education law, real estate, and estate planning. Hannah earned her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. While in law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal and was an active member of the Student Bar Association. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science from Dickinson College, with a minor in Women’s Gender and Sexuality Studies. Her academic background reflects a strong foundation in legal analysis, leadership, and policy-focused thinking.

Hannah developed hands-on legal experience through multiple roles at High Swartz LLP before becoming an associate attorney. She initially joined the firm in 2021, where she managed client communications and supported daily legal operations. She later returned as a Law Clerk while completing law school, assisting attorneys across several practice areas. In this role, she conducted legal research, drafted pleadings and contracts, and contributed to client-facing legal work.

Hannah has professional experience that also includes serving as a Federal Judicial Intern for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney, where she gained insight into federal court procedures and judicial decision-making. Through her legal writing and journal work, she has examined issues at the intersection of employment, labor, and sports law, strengthening her analytical approach.
