Joel M. Spitzer

Joel M. Spitzer is an experienced Ohio attorney who provides skilled legal representation in criminal defense, domestic matters, elder law, education law, estate planning, and personal injury. His diverse legal background also includes protecting professional licenses, such as nursing and teaching credentials, from disciplinary action.

Joel holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law. He also earned a Master’s degree in Education Administration from Wright State University and is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Dayton, where he obtained both school administration and superintendent licenses. His undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University earned him a B.A. in Political Science, History, Sociology, and Criminology.
