Hannah C. Blackwell

Hannah C. Blackwell is the founder of Blackwell Law, LLC, which was established in 2023 to serve immigrant communities throughout Illinois. A dedicated immigration attorney, Hannah’s passion was ignited after witnessing an ICE raid as a teenager—a moment that fueled her commitment to advocating for undocumented individuals and their families.

In 2018, Hannah graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing, earning cum laude honors and a minor in Political Science. She was also recognized with the President’s Award for her outstanding commitment to volunteerism. She later obtained her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2022 and a Certificate in Public Interest Law.

Throughout her legal journey, Hannah has worked with impactful organizations like The Resurrection Project, Erie Neighborhood House, and Chicago Volunteer Legal Services. Her legal practice focuses on helping low-income and indigent individuals navigate complex immigration processes with dignity, care, and precision.
