Emily L. Durbin, known professionally as L., is an associate attorney at ERM Immigration Law, PLLC in Seattle, Washington. Practicing exclusively in immigration law since joining the Washington State Bar in 2019, she offers focused legal services with empathy and professionalism. Her journey with ERM Immigration Law, PLLC began as an intern during law school. Through dedication and skill, she advanced to a paralegal role and ultimately became an attorney.
Emily earned her J.D., cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law in 2017. She also holds a B.A. in Psychology, and she was awarded high honors from Fresno Pacific University in 2012.
Emily handles various immigration cases, including green cards (Adjustment of Status), asylum, naturalization, U-visas, waivers, consular processing, Certificates of Citizenship, and humanitarian parole.
