Emily Reber-Mariniello

Emily Reber-Mariniello, Esq. is the managing attorney and owner of ERM Immigration Law, PLLC. She started the firm in 2012 in San Francisco and later moved it to Seattle in 2015. With over a decade of experience, she helps individuals, families, and businesses with various immigration issues. Her firm supports clients across the West Coast, Pacific Northwest, Mountain West, and around the world. Emily is known for being a strong advocate who listens carefully and prepares thoroughly, ensuring clients have a calm and smooth legal experience.

Emily earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in Seattle, Washington. She also holds a B.A. from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, Colorado.

Emily launched her legal career at Seattle’s largest public defender agency, where she built strong courtroom skills that now enhance her work in immigration law. Today, she focuses exclusively on U.S. immigration, helping individuals and families with green cards, family- and employment-based visas, waivers, asylum, DACA, and naturalization. Her practice includes EB-1A visas for individuals with extraordinary ability, EB-2 National Interest Waivers, H-1B visas, and E-2 investor visas. Emily also advises founders and emerging companies on using the International Entrepreneur Parole Program to launch and grow startups in the United States.

Emily Reber-Mariniello is a member of the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
