Emily Reber-Mariniello, Esq. is the managing attorney and owner of ERM Immigration Law, PLLC. She started the firm in 2012 in San Francisco and later moved it to Seattle in 2015. With over a decade of experience, she helps individuals, families, and businesses with various immigration issues. Her firm supports clients across the West Coast, Pacific Northwest, Mountain West, and around the world. Emily is known for being a strong advocate who listens carefully and prepares thoroughly, ensuring clients have a calm and smooth legal experience.
Emily earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in Seattle, Washington. She also holds a B.A. from Colorado State University in Ft. Collins, Colorado.
Emily began her legal career at the largest public defender’s agency in Seattle. There, she gained valuable courtroom experience that strengthened her skills in immigration law. She later chose to focus on immigration, where she helps clients with green cards, visas, waivers, asylum, DACA, and naturalization. Her experience includes working on EB-1A visas for those with extraordinary abilities, EB-2 National Interest Waivers, H-1B, and E-2 investor visas. She also helps startups using the International Entrepreneur Parole Program.
Clients value Emily’s clear communication and strong attention to detail. She works closely with each client to make sure their case is well-prepared and professionally handled. Her efforts have earned her recognition, including selection to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2019 and 2020.
Emily Reber-Mariniello is a member of the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
