Heath Wells

Heath Wells is an experienced Idaho attorney at Tamarack Legal Services, PLLC. He began his legal career with a strong focus on real estate and contract law, helping clients manage property disputes, agreements, and business matters. Over time, he recognized that many families in his community needed skilled family law representation. He shifted his practice to meet that need and now handles a wide range of family law cases, including divorce, custody, and related disputes. His law practice is now focsed on family law, real estate, contracts, and child advocacy.

Heath earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Communications and Industry Management at the University of Idaho. He then attended the University of Gonzaga School of Law, where he earned his J.D. and graduated Cum Laude in 2019. His academic background in agriculture and industrial management, combined with his legal training, gives him a practical, solution-focused approach to complex cases.

Heath is committed to protecting children’s rights and promoting safe, stable living environments in his family law practice. He represents clients in matters involving custody, parenting time, child support, and domestic violence concerns. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and to develop clear legal strategies that support long-term stability. He also volunteers with victim advocacy groups and provides pro bono services in cases involving abuse and substance-related harm.
