Greg Mansell is a dedicated Columbus employment attorney who represents workers across Ohio in a wide range of labor and employment law matters. Greg earned his Juris Doctor from Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and graduated magna cum laude from West Virginia University. He is licensed to practice in Ohio and New York and in multiple federal courts, including the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and district courts in Ohio, New York, Michigan, and Texas.
Greg has successfully represented clients in both individual and large-scale employment disputes, including class actions involving over 22,000 unpaid wage claims. He has tried cases to verdict and arbitration in matters involving FMLA violations, ADA claims, wage and hour disputes under the FLSA, sexual harassment, and hostile work environments. His courtroom success and extensive experience before agencies like the EEOC reflect his deep understanding of employment law.
