Rhiannon Herbert is a Senior Associate Attorney at Mansell Law, LLC, where she advocates for employees across Ohio in complex employment law matters. Rhiannon earned her undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University, where she majored in political science and history and competed as a varsity swimmer. She earned her J.D. summa cum laude from Capital University Law School, serving as Executive Articles Editor for the Capital University Law Review and receiving the Pro Bono Spirit Award for her dedication to public service.
At Mansell Law, LLC, Rhiannon represents clients in a wide array of employment disputes, including wage and hour violations under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) issues, discrimination and retaliation claims, ERISA appeals, and severance agreement negotiations.
