Evan Hasbrook

Evan Hasbrook is Of Counsel at Mansell Law, LLC, where he focuses on employment law and litigation. With over ten years of experience, Evan represents clients in a wide range of employment disputes, including workplace discrimination, unpaid wage claims, severance negotiations, and contract reviews. He brings a strong trial background and regularly advocates for clients in mediations, arbitrations, and hearings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Evan earned his B.A., with honors, from New York University. He later received his J.D., also with honors, from Brooklyn Law School.

Before joining Mansell Law, LLC, Evan worked as trial counsel at the Legal Aid Society in New York City, one of the country’s largest public-interest law firms. In that role, he handled both employment and housing cases, gaining valuable trial experience in both federal and state courts. He has also handled appeals and negotiations, building a well-rounded litigation practice.

At Mansell Law, LLC, Evan continues to serve employees across Ohio. His work includes challenging wrongful terminations, holding employers accountable for wage violations, and fighting workplace discrimination based on race, gender, age, disability, and other protected categories.
