Carrie Dyer is a partner at Mansell Law, where she represents employees throughout Ohio in a wide range of employment law matters. With a reputation for client-focused communication and aggressive legal advocacy, Carrie has built a successful practice centered on fighting for workplace justice.
Carrie earned her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Capital University Law School, where she served as Articles Editor for the Capital University Law Review. She completed her undergraduate studies at Wittenberg University, graduating magna cum laude with a degree in psychology and competing all four years on the women’s basketball team.
As a Columbus-based employment attorney, Carrie handles cases involving age, race, disability, religious, and gender discrimination, as well as sexual harassment and failure to accommodate claims. She also assists clients with ERISA benefits appeals, severance agreement reviews, contract negotiations, and collective action wage and hour lawsuits under the FLSA and Ohio law.
