Grant Gaines is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Patel Gaines, a premier Texas law firm representing over $16 billion in commercial interests. With over a decade of legal experience, he leads all litigation matters, focusing on disputes related to business, tax, real estate, and construction. Grant’s reputation as a results-oriented trial lawyer has earned him industry-wide recognition and media coverage in outlets such as Forbes, Bloomberg Business, and Texas Monthly.
Grant earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law and has been licensed to practice in Texas since 2010. He began his legal career handling transactional and municipal legal issues before transitioning to complex litigation, where he now serves as lead counsel in all trial matters.
Grant concentrates his practice on commercial litigation, tax litigation, and disputes involving real estate and construction. He drafts and negotiates commercial leases, contracts, asset purchase agreements, and loan documents.
