Angela Ness, Esq. is a junior partner at LOKK Legal and Khashayar Law Group, where she focuses her legal practice on business and real estate transactions. Angela earned her B.A. from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. She received her J.D. from California Western School of Law in San Diego, where she served as President of the Business Law Society and earned honors in both business and copyright law.

Angela advises clients on matters such as entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and business strategy. She assists with purchases, sales, leasing, financing, boundary issues, construction defects, HOA disputes, and title problems in the real estate sector. Her clients include developers, buyers, sellers, lessors, and lessees navigating all stages of property transactions.

Before joining LOKK Legal, Angela worked as a civil litigator in San Diego. This background gives her a valuable perspective on avoiding future disputes and drafting contracts that protect clients from potential legal risks. Her litigation experience enhances her ability to foresee challenges and structure transactions to reduce exposure and maximize clarity.
