Austin J. Dragoo is a Shareholder at Rogers Towers PA and a key member of the firm’s Real Estate Department in Jacksonville, Florida. He focuses his practice on real estate, banking and finance, corporate transactions, contract negotiations, and sports and entertainment law. Known for his meticulous attention to detail, Austin has developed a specialty in handling timber transactions and complex property deals.
Austin earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2013. He received his B.A. from Ball State University in 2006.
Austin’s legal skill is built on a strong academic foundation. While in law school, he served on the Executive Committee of the Moot Court Honor Board and was a Staff Editor for the Florida Coastal Law Review. He earned multiple Book Awards for academic excellence in subjects such as professional responsibility, transactional drafting, and sports law.
Austin began his legal career with a student internship under Judge Roy B. Dalton, Jr. at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Today, he represents clients in a range of industries, advising on real estate acquisitions, commercial leasing, lending, licensing, and business formations. His cross-sector knowledge and adaptability make him a trusted partner for companies and individuals alike.
Austin is also a certified NBPA Player Agent, enabling him to represent professional basketball players in legal and contract matters.
