Daryosh Khashayar

Daryosh Khashayar, Esq. is the managing attorney of LOKK Legal and the principal attorney for both LOKK Legal and Khashayar Law Group. With over 13 years of litigation experience, he provides clients with sharp legal strategy, thorough case analysis, and committed representation. Known for his aggressive and creative litigation approach, Mr. Khashayar has led hundreds of cases involving complex legal issues in both civil and criminal law.

Mr. Khashayar earned his J.D. from the John F. Kennedy School of Law in 2003. He completed his undergraduate studies at San Francisco State University in 1998.

Mr. Khashayar’s legal career spans a wide range of practice areas, including real estate law, business law, personal injury, and multi-party litigation. He has successfully represented clients in Superior Court and the California Court of Appeals, securing multiple reversals and favorable judgments. He also defends and advises small and mid-sized businesses, real estate brokers, and lenders on complex legal issues, including contract disputes, business litigation, and insurance liability claims.
