Daryosh Khashayar

Daryosh Khashayar, Esq. is the managing attorney of LOKK Legal and the principal attorney for both LOKK Legal and Khashayar Law Group. With over 13 years of litigation experience, he provides clients with sharp legal strategy, thorough case analysis, and committed representation. Known for his aggressive and creative litigation approach, Mr. Khashayar has led hundreds of cases involving complex legal issues in both civil and criminal law.

Mr. Khashayar earned his J.D. from the John F. Kennedy School of Law in 2003. He completed his undergraduate studies at San Francisco State University in 1998.

Mr. Khashayar’s legal career spans a wide range of practice areas, including real estate law, business law, personal injury, and multi-party litigation. He has successfully represented clients in Superior Court and the California Court of Appeals, securing multiple reversals and favorable judgments. His courtroom achievements include a record-setting jury verdict of $61.5 million and notable outcomes such as a $1.25 million settlement in a title insurance fraud case and a $750,000 insurance fraud settlement.

Mr. Khashayar has litigated against large corporations and insurance companies, including Costco, KB Homes, Century 21, Wal-Mart, Geico, Progressive, and First American Title. At the same time, he has defended and advised small to mid-sized businesses, brokers, and lenders on complex legal matters ranging from contract disputes to insurance liability.
