Graham S.P. Hollis

Graham S.P. Hollis is a highly respected attorney and the founding partner of GrahamHollis APC, based in San Diego, California. With a strong background in litigation and a specialization in employment law, wage and hour law, personal injury, product liability, business law, and construction disputes, Mr. Hollis has dedicated his career to representing clients in complex legal matters.

Mr. Hollis began his legal education at Middlesex University in Hendon, England, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Law with honors in 1978. He furthered his education at the University of San Diego School of Law, obtaining a Master of Comparative Law in 1985. Licensed to practice law in California since 1985, he is also admitted to several U.S. District Courts across California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

Throughout his career, Mr. Hollis has earned a reputation for his legal expertise and commitment to justice. He has successfully handled a wide range of legal disputes, including employment and business matters, and has two published appellate court decisions to his name. His peers have recognized his outstanding legal ability and ethical standards with an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Hollis is deeply committed to serving those in need. He is a two-time recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono Legal Services from the State Bar of California, honoring his volunteer work providing legal services to underserved communities.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Hollis has played a leadership role in the legal community. He has served as treasurer and president of the San Diego Defense Lawyers Association and remains an active member of several professional organizations, including the California Employment Lawyers Association and the Federal Bar Association.
