Kenneth J. Sargoy

Kenneth J. Sargoy is a highly experienced attorney specializing in employment and labor law, business litigation, and employment litigation defense. He is the founder and principal of Sargoy Law, APC, based in Los Angeles, California. Licensed to practice law since 1981, Mr. Sargoy is admitted to the California State Bar, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.

Mr. Sargoy earned his J.D. degree from Whittier College Law School in 1981. He excelled academically in that institution, earning a place on the Dean’s List and receiving the Neil Deitch Memorial Award for Scholastic Achievement. He also served as the Notes and Comments Editor for the Whittier Law Review, where his contributions earned him the distinction of Outstanding Law Review Member in his final year.

Following his graduation, Mr. Sargoy co-founded the law firm Sargoy & Blum in 1984. He went on to join the AV-rated Kollender & Sargoy Law Firm in 1992, where he remained a partner until 2013.
