Glenn F. Givens

Glenn F. Givens is an attorney with extensive experience advising individuals, families, and businesses across South Carolina. A native of Sumter, he joined Kolb & Givens Attorneys at Law, LLC in 2010 and concentrates his practice on estate planning, taxation, business entities, trusts, wills, and probate administration.

Glenn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business with honors from Wake Forest University in 1991. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1994, followed by a Master of Laws in Taxation from Villanova University in 1996 and a Master of Taxation from the University of South Carolina in 1998.

Since 1998, Glenn has practiced as both an attorney and an accountant in Florence, Columbia, and Sumter, South Carolina. His legal work includes business law, nonprofit law, taxation, estate planning, probate administration, probate litigation, and civil litigation. His dual background allows him to address legal and financial issues with a comprehensive and practical approach.

Glenn is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of South Carolina and the United States District Court. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Sumter County Bar Association. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the South Carolina Association of CPAs.
