She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 1999. During law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Society, a Florida Bar Foundation Fellow, and the recipient of the Italian American Scholarship, achievements that reflect her early commitment to excellence and public service.

Before founding her own practice, Gina worked as corporate counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, gaining invaluable insight into how insurers evaluate and defend claims. She has served as lead counsel on numerous multi-million-dollar cases involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord damage, and wrongful death.
