George Rozzell

George Rozzell is an accomplished litigator and a partner at Miller | Butler, serving clients from the Fayetteville, Arkansas, office. With extensive experience in appeals, civil litigation, employment law, and commercial disputes, George is known for representing clients in federal courts, including the Arkansas Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He has played a pivotal role in setting legal precedents, including establishing an 8th Circuit Precedent for the survival of ADA claims after the affected employee’s death.

George earned a BSBA from Texas Christian University. He later obtained his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law. His strong educational foundation underpins his ability to navigate complex legal challenges with skill and precision.

George began his legal career running a successful solo practice where he focused on litigation, bankruptcy, criminal law, and domestic matters. In 2013, he joined Miller | Butler, and by 2016, he was named a partner in the firm. His diverse practice areas include administrative law, arbitration, construction disputes, contracts, family law, education law, and real estate.

George Rozzell has demonstrated exceptional skill in providing competent legal advice to individuals and businesses throughout his career. He has successfully argued significant cases like Fryberger v. University of Arkansas and Guenther v. Griffin Construction Co., among others.

George also serves as a Title IX Hearing Panel Officer for the University of Arkansas, further highlighting his dedication to legal excellence and community service.
