George Rozzell is an accomplished litigator and a partner at Miller | Butler, serving clients from the Fayetteville, Arkansas, office. With extensive experience in appeals, civil litigation, employment law, and commercial disputes, George is known for representing clients in federal courts, including the Arkansas Court of Appeals, 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He has played a pivotal role in setting legal precedents, including establishing an 8th Circuit Precedent for the survival of ADA claims after the affected employee’s death.
George earned a BSBA from Texas Christian University. He later obtained his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law. His strong educational foundation underpins his ability to navigate complex legal challenges with skill and precision.
George began his legal career running a successful solo practice where he focused on litigation, bankruptcy, criminal law, and domestic matters.
