Rachel L. Ferguson Bailey

Rachel Ferguson Bailey is an attorney focusing on lawsuits and disputes, with experience in appellate litigation, bankruptcy, estate matters, and complex property cases. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina. Rachel  L. Ferguson Bailey spent over a decade in Washington, D.C., working with the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. She served as a Staff Attorney for nine years and as Special Counsel to Chief Judge Anna Blackburne-Rigsby from 2020 to 2023. She handled over 2,500 cases across a wide range of legal issues during her tenure.

Rachel previously worked as a Staff Attorney for the South Carolina Court of Appeals from 2007 to 2010.
