George Haines is the Owner and Managing Attorney of Freedom Law Firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. With over two decades of experience in consumer law, he has guided thousands through financial crises with personalized legal solutions. Mr. Haines earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1999 and received his B.A. from Ithaca College in 1992. He is licensed to practice in Nevada, New York, and New Jersey. His educational foundation supports his deep knowledge of bankruptcy law and consumer financial protections.

Mr. Haines focuses his Nevada law practice on consumer financial protection, including bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, debt collection harassment, loan modifications, and credit reporting errors. He has extensive experience with both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases and develops customized, strategic solutions designed around each client’s specific financial situation.
