Anthony DeLuca

Anthony DeLuca is the founder and managing attorney of DeLuca & Associates Bankruptcy Law in Las Vegas, Nevada. Known for his entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to helping people through tough financial times, Anthony has guided thousands of clients through the bankruptcy process since opening his firm in 2001. Clients appreciate his straightforward advice, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering clear, practical solutions for debt relief.

Anthony earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Scranton, completing a four-year program in under three years. He went on to receive his J.D. from Temple University and later earned a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Nevada and remains committed to staying at the forefront of consumer bankruptcy law.

Before opening his own practice, Anthony worked for other law firms but quickly realized his passion was to build something of his own. Starting with an 80-square-foot office, he turned DeLuca & Associates Bankruptcy Law into one of the highest-volume consumer bankruptcy law firms in the country.

Anthony DeLuca focuses his practice on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, Nevada debt relief, and helping clients understand their options so they can make confident decisions about their financial future. He believes that everyone deserves a fresh start and works hard to make that possible for individuals and families throughout Las Vegas. In addition to his legal work, Anthony supports many local charities and student scholarships, reflecting his commitment to giving back to the community he calls home.
