Gemma M. Giantomasi

Gemma M. Giantomasi is a New Jersey real estate lawyer at Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC, and she represents purchasers, sellers, developers, and lenders in property transactions. She helped secure approval for the largest condominium development in Newark’s history. She represented ownership as local counsel in the sale of a 423,000-square-foot downtown Newark office tower. She created a commercial condominium for a Bridgewater office park. Her liquor licensing work includes obtaining an Annual State Permit for a New Jersey baseball stadium. She serves as general counsel and secretary for the Opportunity Project’s Board of Trustees.
