About
Gary Ray Fraley, Esq., is a Sacramento-based attorney recognized as one of California’s most experienced Bankruptcy Law Specialists. With more than three decades of practice, he has successfully handled thousands of bankruptcy cases for individuals and businesses, guiding clients through financial hardship with skill and determination.
Gary earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California in 1974. He earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Los Angeles School of Law in 1977. Gary’s contributions extend beyond his legal career. He has served his community in various ways, including as a Sunday School teacher and Elder’s Quorum Counselor. His commitment to education includes teaching “Leave No Trace” camping and stock use techniques for both youth and adults.
Gary Ray Fraley has devoted his professional life to advocating for clients facing financial distress. His combination of extensive courtroom experience, specialized certification, and dedication to community service reflects his commitment to restoring hope and stability for those who turn to him for guidance.
