With over four decades of experience, he has represented clients in a wide range of complex disputes, including bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, securities litigation, breach of contract, valuation disputes, director and officer claims, and class actions. His practice is defined by his ability to handle high-stakes litigation with precision and creativity.
