About
Darya Sara Druch is a seasoned bankruptcy attorney with more than three decades of experience helping individuals and families find financial relief. Since opening her own practice in 1992, she has focused on representing debtors across all nine Bay Area counties, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each client. She is recognized for her straightforward guidance and dedication to achieving tangible results.
Darya earned her law degree from Indiana University School of Law in 1988, following completion of her undergraduate studies in International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She began her career representing Chapter 7 Trustees at a San Francisco firm, later expanding her practice to general bankruptcy and civil litigation in Oakland before establishing her independent office. This strong academic and professional background laid the foundation for her skilled handling of complex bankruptcy matters.
Over the years, Darya has represented clients in cases involving Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, student loan discharge, and bankruptcy litigation. She has successfully defended debtors against fraud claims, addressed trustee challenges, and helped clients restructure debts that cannot be discharged. Her advocacy has even extended to trial, including a hard-fought student loan case where she secured a discharge based on disability.
Darya’s philosophy centers on honesty, efficiency, and personal service. Every client who hires her receives direct representation, clear legal advice, and compassionate support throughout the process.
Darya Sara Druch believes bankruptcy offers not only a legal remedy but also a pathway to a fresh financial start. Trusted by clients for her listening skills and practical strategies, she continues to provide dedicated representation to those seeking lasting debt relief in the Bay Area.
