G. Wogan Bernard is a New Orleans real estate attorney, partner, and coordinator of the Business and Real Estate section. He advises commercial lenders, developers, tenants, and local businesses on acquisitions, divestitures, development, leasing, financing, loan workouts, and distressed commercial properties. His work includes office buildings, apartments, condominiums, restaurants, affordable housing, and hotel developments. Bernard earned his J.D. and B.C.L. from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2006. He received his B.A. in Economics from Washington and Lee University in 2003. He is admitted in Louisiana and before the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana.
