Amber Crothall

Amber Crothall is a partner at Greenman, Lacy, Klein, Hinds, Weiser, a respected California law firm, where she focuses her practice on real estate, business, and bankruptcy law. With extensive experience in transactional and litigation matters, she represents property owners, developers, and business clients in a wide range of legal issues. Known for her attention to detail and practical approach, Amber helps clients navigate complex transactions and disputes with clarity and confidence.

Amber earned her B.A. in English from Santa Clara University and her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jeremy Fogel of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, and as Research Editor for the Santa Clara University Law Review. She was also recognized as a Public Interest and Social Justice Law Scholar, reflecting her dedication to community service and legal excellence.

Amber’s work includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and development-related contracts, as well as advising on easements, encroachments, boundary disputes, and title issues. She also assists clients with entity formation, corporate governance, and construction law matters, including mechanics’ liens and CC&Rs for new projects. In her bankruptcy practice, she primarily represents debtors seeking financial relief and protection.

Active in the legal community, Amber Crothall is a member of the North County Bar Association and served on its Board of Directors. She is also a Barrister with the Fiorenzo V. Lopardo American Inn of Court and volunteers with several community outreach programs, including Youth in Court and the Law Day Clinic.
