Michael began his education at Albuquerque Academy before earning his undergraduate degree from Harvard University. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1988. His early work with the New Mexico Department of Human Services shaped his lifelong mission to support vulnerable populations, especially children affected by abuse.

Michael has dedicated his legal practice to representing adults and children injured by negligent conduct.
