Evan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2015, graduating with honors as a member of the Order of the Coif. He was a member of the Oklahoma Law Review and a recipient of four American Jurisprudence Awards. He also holds a Master of Arts from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma Baptist University.
