Neeley P. Cook

Neeley P. Cook is an associate at Hartzog Conger Cason in Oklahoma City. She focuses her legal practice on corporate law, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions. Neeley earned her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2023, where she was named to the Dean’s List and Faculty Honor Roll. She received multiple CALI Excellence Awards and held editorial roles on the Oklahoma City University Law Review. She also holds a B.A. in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University, which she earned in 2020.
