Ethan Dunn is the Managing Partner of Maxwell Dunn Law, leading a distinguished practice focused on bankruptcy, turnaround strategy, and business law. Known for his creative problem-solving, Ethan has guided hundreds of individuals and small businesses through complex financial challenges and corporate transitions.

Ethan holds a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Wayne State University. He is a graduate of the University of Detroit Jesuit High School. This strong educational foundation supports his expertise in both financial and legal matters, particularly in distressed business environments.

Ethan regularly advises clients on bankruptcy filings, business restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
