Eva Eitzen

Eva Eitzen is the founder of Eitzen Immigration Law, a practice dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality immigration legal services. With over two decades of exclusive experience in immigration law, she works closely with individuals and families to find effective legal solutions that open opportunities and build stable futures in the United States.

Eva earned her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, graduating in the top ten percent of her class. During law school, she held a prestigious internship at the immigration court in Arlington, Virginia, where she deepened her commitment to serving immigrant communities and gained firsthand insight into removal proceedings.

Since 2005, Eva has focused her entire legal career on immigration law. She has served clients through nonprofit organizations and private practice, including as Legal Director at the New Mexico Immigrant Law Center. Her extensive experience includes representation before USCIS, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the immigration courts, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

A leader in the immigration law community, Eva served as Chair of the Immigration Law Section of the New Mexico State Bar. She frequently provides training to attorneys and community organizations, staying at the forefront of developments in immigration law to better advocate for her clients.

Eva’s commitment to ethical and effective representation is deeply personal. Witnessing her own family struggle with inadequate legal help inspired her to offer better, more honest services. That guiding principle has shaped her approach to every case, ensuring that clients understand their options and receive the support they need throughout their legal journey.
