Eric P. Chappell brings more than three decades of legal experience to a broad general practice serving individuals, lenders, businesses, and local entities. Chappell’s educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science from Allegheny College, earned in 1979, and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, completed in 1982. He graduated from law school with honors and was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1982, followed by admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island in 1984. He has developed a strong concentration in residential and commercial real estate law. He assists clients with closings, title examinations, title insurance, condominium matters, drafting condominium documents, and related transactional needs.

As an approved title agent with Chicago Title Insurance Company, Chappell has examined thousands of titles for individual and lender clients.
