Charles M. Keough is an experienced attorney whose practice centers on condominium and common interest community association matters throughout Chicago and Northern Illinois. For more than two decades, he has advised boards of directors on a wide range of legal issues, helping associations address governance concerns, covenant enforcement matters, litigation, construction defect disputes, and discrimination claims. His work also extends to real estate and civil litigation matters involving lenders, developers, businesses, and individuals.
Chuck earned a B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1990. He received a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1996. He later obtained an LL.M. in Real Estate from The John Marshall Law School in 2005. His commitment to the legal profession is reflected through active involvement with the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, Will County Bar Association, CBA Real Property Law, Condominium Law Subcommittee, Community Association Institute (CAI), and the Association of Condominiums, Townhomes and Homeowner Associations (ACTHA).

He regularly shares updates on legal developments affecting community associations through seminars, presentations, and published articles. His speaking engagements have included programs for the Illinois Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI), the Association of Condominium, Townhomes and Homeowners Associations (ACTHA), the ISBA, and NBI. He has also presented educational programs for realtors, insurance agents, bar associations, and title companies on topics related to condominium and community association law.
