Amy Rice

Amy Rice is a seasoned trial attorney serving clients throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts, as well as in federal courts, including appellate forums. Her practice centers on injury law, with additional work in litigation, appeals, contracts, business matters, wills, trusts, probate, and dispute resolution. She brings practical judgment, preparation, and strong advocacy to each client matter.

Rice’s academic background includes a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School, completed in 2000, where she participated in Moot Court and studied intellectual property topics, including trademark law. She also earned a master’s degree in Justice from Salve Regina University, providing a strong foundation for legal analysis and advocacy. She represents injured clients in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian injuries, motorcycle and truck accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, dog bites, medical malpractice, product liability, toxic mold illness, workers’ compensation, and related claims. She helps clients understand their rights, evaluate damages, and pursue compensation through negotiation, litigation, or trial.
