Eric Knobloch

Eric Knobloch is a dedicated personal injury attorney with years of courtroom experience handling severe accident cases. He has successfully represented hundreds of injured victims, especially in trucking, car, and motorcycle accidents. Known for taking on powerful trucking companies, he has earned multiple multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements.

Eric began his academic journey at Illinois Central College before completing his B.A. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science from Illinois State University. He earned his J.D. from Marquette University Law School, where he participated in Moot Court, Legal Aid Society, and taught in the Street Law Program. He also interned with Judge Ted Wedemeyer.

Licensed in Wisconsin, Illinois, and multiple federal districts, Eric has devoted his career to representing injured individuals. He has tried over 30 jury trials and resolved hundreds of serious injury cases. His work focuses on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and general negligence involving commercial trucks and other motor vehicles.

Eric holds a unique distinction—he is the only attorney in Wisconsin who is Board Certified in Trucking Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. This certification requires courtroom experience, peer and judicial endorsements, and passing a six-hour exam. His work not only helps injured victims but contributes to safer roads across the region.

In addition to his legal practice, Eric is active in the professional community. He writes and lectures for the Wisconsin Association for Justice, where he also serves on the Board of Directors. He volunteers with the Milwaukee Bar Association and supports Kids’ Chance of Wisconsin, an organization that aids families affected by work injuries.
