Brandon Joseph

Brandon Joseph is a Partner at McClure Law Group, where he focuses his practice exclusively on family law. Known for his strategic thinking and results-driven advocacy, Brandon represents clients in a broad range of complex matters, including high-asset divorce, child custody, conservatorship, post-marital agreements, and family violence cases. His goal is to guide clients through difficult legal processes while helping them achieve their long-term goals.

Brandon earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law. He holds a B.A. in French from Baylor University.

Brandon’s experience includes representing business executives, professional athletes, and medical professionals in high-stakes family law litigation. He has successfully tried cases involving complex property division, emergency protective orders, and conservatorship rights. He also has extensive experience in appellate practice, having submitted briefs to the Second and Fifth Courts of Appeals in Texas on issues including arbitration and military retirement benefits division.

Brandon is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction held by a small percentage of attorneys. He frequently lectures and presents at bar association events and legal education programs on topics like discovery rules, custom possession schedules, and malpractice avoidance in family law.

Brandon’s achievements have earned him recognition from numerous publications, including Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers Texas Rising Stars, D Magazine’s Best Lawyers Under 40, and Top 10 Dallas. He is also a Langdell Scholar and recipient of multiple CALI Excellence Awards.

Brandon Joseph is a member of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, Dallas Bar Association (where he serves as Director of the Family Law Section), and the State Bar of Texas.
