Dustin earned his J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 2003. He completed his B.S. at the University of Kansas in 2000. His education provided a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and courtroom procedure. During law school, he developed a deep understanding of the legal system and the responsibilities of legal professionals. This academic training continues to support his work today as he represents clients in complex legal matters.

Dustin, before joining the firm, spent ten years working as a prosecutor at both the state and federal levels. He handled major felony cases for the Shawnee County District Attorney’s Office and later served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney on the Violent Crimes Task Force. This experience gave him valuable insight into how prosecutors build cases. Today, he uses that knowledge to defend clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies, including drug, violent, property, and DUI offenses.

Dustin J. Curry also represents people injured because of negligence or wrongful conduct, in addition to criminal defense. He helps clients recover compensation for their losses and guides them through the legal process.
