Drew Kervick is a partner at SRH Law in Burlington, Vermont. Kervick earned his J.D. summa cum laude from Boston College in 2007 and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He received an M.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2004 and a B.A. from Stanford University in 2000. Kervick’s experience includes affordable housing and community development projects, commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, renewable energy projects, and nonprofit matters. He has worked on low-income housing tax credit and new markets tax credit financings, commercial property acquisitions, business formations, crowdfunding offerings, and renewable energy development. Drew Kervick joined SRH Law in 2014 after practicing business law in Burlington and Boston and clerking for Justice John Dooley of the Vermont Supreme Court. He serves on the Middlebury Community Music Center and Lake Champlain Chamber Music Festival boards and is a member of the Town of Cornwall Planning Commission. His work combines business and real estate experience with a practical approach to helping clients complete transactions and advance community-focused projects.
