Robert J. Noriega

Robert J. Noriega is a Bakersfield business lawyer and civil litigator with more than 30 years of experience. His practice covers business litigation, commercial litigation, business transactions, entity formation, contract law, real estate law, construction law, employment law, and business torts. He assists clients with complex transactions and disputes that require careful analysis of legal risks, business goals, and practical solutions. His work includes both transactional planning and courtroom advocacy.

Robert earned a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of San Diego in 1982 and a J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 1986. At UCLA, he was a member of the Order of Barristers, received recognition as a Distinguished Advocate, and served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Honors Program. He also interned with U.S. District Court Judge William J. Rea while attending law school.

Robert worked as a staff aide to Congressman William M. Thomas before beginning law school.
