David Lawrence Ravid

David Lawrence Ravid has built a long legal career focused on civil litigation and service to injured clients. Since becoming a member of the Michigan State Bar in 1981, he has represented people in serious matters involving personal injury, toxic tort, complex liability, insurance disputes, and product liability cases.

David earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Distinction from the University of Michigan. He received a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit School of Law, where he served as a Law Review Editor, competed in Moot Court, and was inducted into the Order of Barristers. He then earned a Master of Laws degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

David founded his practice in 1990 with an emphasis on civil litigation. His work has included cases involving truck accidents, car accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, construction accidents, workers’ compensation, and insurance company fraud. He has handled matters requiring careful preparation, strong advocacy, and a clear understanding of Michigan law.

David is admitted to practice before the Michigan State and Federal Courts. Attorneys across the state have appointed him to serve as an arbitrator, and he has also acted as a Case Evaluator for the Wayne and Macomb County Circuit Courts.
