David Kreisler

David Kreisler has built his career on advocating for clients with compassion and determination. For more than 18 years, he has successfully represented individuals in personal injury, medical malpractice, and disability matters. His results have often led to life-changing compensation, achieved through diligent preparation and a commitment to fairness in every case.

David began his academic path at the University of Southern Maine, where he earned a Bachelor of Social Work in 1987. His early career as a social worker gave him firsthand experience serving vulnerable populations. He later pursued his J.D. cum laude from Case Western Reserve University Law School in 1994, strengthening his foundation for a distinguished legal career.

David is admitted to practice in multiple jurisdictions, including Maine, Ohio, and the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals. He was chosen as one of only three attorneys in Maine to represent the state in its groundbreaking trial against the tobacco industry, which resulted in a multimillion-dollar settlement. He has also been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and contributed as co-editor of the Maine Trial Quarterly, further establishing his reputation in the legal field.

David continues to serve the public beyond his professional practice through pro bono work. He has volunteered with the Immigration Legal Advocacy Project, successfully representing clients seeking asylum before Immigration Courts. His thoughtful approach, respectful communication, and tireless advocacy have consistently helped move cases forward while maintaining professionalism with all parties involved.
