David J. Schneid

David J. Schneid is the Managing Partner of Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC, where he manages daily firm operations and oversees more than 100 attorneys in Florida. Since 1994, his practice has included institutional lender and private mortgage foreclosures, closings, community association matters, collections, and civil matters.

David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from State University of New York at Albany in 1990 and a Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in 1994. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1994, supporting his work in Florida real estate and lending matters.

David focuses on institutional lender and private mortgage foreclosures, default and origination title, mediation, loss mitigation, commercial and residential real estate transactions, municipal code violations, fine mitigation, and lender related community association law. His practice supports clients with property, lending, title, and enforcement issues, providing steady legal guidance.

David worked with Yablin & Schneid, P.A., from 1994 through 1999, where he managed Florida operations, developed business, and supervised the real estate, foreclosure, and collections departments. From 1999 through 2000, he handled residential and commercial lending foreclosures across Florida at St. John, Dicker, Kaplan, Krivok & Core.

David later worked at the Law Offices bearing his name from 2000 through 2010. In that role, he handled Florida foreclosure operations, managed legal professionals providing default-loan legal services in Florida, South Carolina, and Kentucky, and oversaw a high-volume Florida REO transaction portfolio for lender clients.
